All products at Rockin’ Your Sober Life are made to order and fulfilled through Printify’s trusted network of printing partners.
This approach allows us to offer a wide variety of styles, colors, and designs without maintaining physical inventory — more options for you, and fresher products, too!

• Processing Time: Orders are typically processed and sent to production within 1–4 business days.

• Shipping Time: Most orders arrive within 2–10 business days after processing, depending on your location and chosen shipping method.

• Important Note: Shipping timelines may vary slightly due to holidays, supply chain issues, or the location of the production partner.

Returns & Exchanges

Because each item is custom printed specifically for you, we are unable to accept general returns or exchanges for reasons such as ordering the wrong size, changing your mind, or buyer’s remorse.
We encourage you to carefully review the size guide and product descriptions before completing your purchase.

However, if your order arrives damaged, misprinted, or incorrect, we are happy to make it right.

We will work directly with Printify to resolve the problem as quickly as possible.

• Refunds or replacements are available only for defective, damaged, or incorrect items.

• We are unable to offer refunds or replacements for sizing issues, color discrepancies due to monitor differences, or incorrect address submissions made at checkout.
