This NA paloma is a refreshing mocktail that combines grapefruit juice, lime juice, soda, and a touch of sweetener with an optional NA spirit addition.

Ingredients
1/2cupGrapefruit JuiceFresh squeezed is best, but you can use store bought - just watch the ingredients!
1tbspFresh Lime JuiceFresh squeezed is best - but if using bottled, make sure there is no added sugar
1tbspAgave Syrup or other sweetener
1/2cupclub soda or seltzer
2ozSeedlip Notas de Agave (or other NA Tequila spirit)Optional
Kosher or Sea Salt (for rim)Optional
Instructions
Make a Salt Rim
Cut a piece of the grapefruit into a wedge and run it along the rim of the glass until all the edges are coated in juice
Pour some kosher salt into a dish that is wider than your glass
Tip the glass into the salt and twist until all the edges are coated with salt
Make the Paloma
Freshly squeeze the grapefruit and lime juice if you are using fresh fruit
Combine 2 ice cubes, grapefruit juice, club soda, lime juice, agave syrup and optional Seedlip Notas de Agave into a shaker cup (or regular cup if you don't have a shaker)
Shake all ingredients for about 5-10 seconds. If you don't have a shaker cup, stir well and then pour over a glass filled with ice.
Add club soda or seltzer water.
Garnish with a grapefruit wedge or lime wedge.
